Most of my argument on here stems from post calling Van gaal a witch that sucked talents from these shite players when it was Mourinho who actually did that to talented players. Or people getting riled up because I never warmed up to Mourinho's performances so far because the team hardly looked a unit.

I accepted that Van gaal goofed in the transfer window.. But I backed him because he got a lot out of these average players and this shows he would do better with more quality in the team. Also, he was looking towards youths who could have saved him from more transfer blunders.. He even created lot of time to see the youth matches in the stand...

I wanted a situation where he would have given the youth players such as Rashford, TFM, CBJ, Poole, Varela and maybe Harrop a solid foundation and establishment even if he were to leave like he did at Bayern. This means the new coach coming in wouldn't be able to easily discard these youth players who would have shown enough except if they weren't good enough to begin with..

The youth players that are ready for now are in the first team plans - Rashford, Lingard & Mensah. Rashford & Lingard has already opened their accounts, Mensah has to be patient cuz even Smalling & Jones are yet to feature. The others are out on loan where they can get play time, it's better than being 3rd choices in the dressing room.
Maybe you can show us a team doing very well with a teenager leading their attack or those with more than 3 academy players in their first team plans.
SAF & Sir Charlton are in support of Jose, the board resolved to hire him, Scholes & the other legends are not criticizing so far, the players are open to his methods, the fans inside OT are enjoying what the see so far...

Firstly, van gaal's initial plan wasn't to use man u's youth players, he only began to use them because of the injury crises the club had then. And what really is your definition of youth? Is mourinho's current squad an aged squad? Do these young players have to come from the club's reserve even if they cannot give the gaffer what he seeks? Anyway, that does not even relate to the original discourse, you are fond of veering off course.

You talk as if these players were forced on him, didn't he observe them before deciding to buy them? Now lets liken Man utd to nestle and LVG to the managing director of nestle. Now the chairman of nestle(woodward of united)employs a new managing director(van gaal) in order to improve nestle sales and bring new and productive ideas to the company but after some years, the company keeps accounting for losses, cannot meet the demand of consumers, networth decreases e.t.c who will the chairman blame directly? who will the consumers blame if nestle begins to fold up?
