Please I need a recommendation for a good supplement for anemia,IDA precisely.I'm currently taking feroglobin but I don't like tablets as much as syrup...checked the liquid feroglobin,and it costs around 2000+ where I am,and I'm sure the bottle won't last more than 10 days.So please recommend an effective syrup for me which is affordable,thank you

If you're taking Iron supplement, make sure you take Vitamin E with Folic acid 2 days before taking the iron supplement..This is because they increase the body's ability to absorb IRON, and having them in the body system before the IRON is supplied means increased absorption. GNLD is the best brand i can recommend...I just checked and noticed it's for anemia...Good, use Calcium and Folic acid three times a week and use IRON supplements 24 hours after each in-take and it'll boost the availability of IRON in your system and the release to your blood cells. You may wanna avoid things that strip the body of iron..i.e. tap water...
