Triggeredsam: Demoralized by my comments...... have we ever had any discussions before? And what's it that I can't get that you can give? I have never exchanged or deposited any money before, neither do I ever stated something I can't get here before nor demoralized anyone here. Can you just stop talking in phrases and let me understand you. 3 Likes |

Again, another boring epistle for those who care to read. There was a reason for intelligent people to sit down, come up with rules, regulations, terms and conditions for f1 visas. I believe the rule is: You must be able to support yourself financially by paying all fees (Including all living expenses), Prove that you're intelligent enough to go through the rigorous challenges of their kind of education (by having a strong toefl score/gre/cgpa, etc), prove you won't NEED to work while studying and that you're only in America for the purpose of studying. Lastly, you're to leave the country IMMEDIATELY after your studies. Now, Imagine for a second: a person with 3.8/4.0 cgpa, 110/120 toefl score, 315 GRE (5.0 - Analytical writing), with a rich family willing to conveniently give him up to $50k yearly or more, whose plan is to come here to just study, graduate and go back to Nigeria. This person is going to have a relatively easier life here. The system was designed to work this way! 34 Likes |

Good Morning Guys, I'm new here, I want to start my application Journey. I had 2.85/5 for my Bsc in Mechanical Engineering. When I Used The WES evaluation for my grades I got 2.83/4. But after checking through some of the thread I started doubting the result I got. I've seen some schools I can apply to with that result. But I don't know if I'm in-line. Please can someone confirm if I'm in-line or probably got a wrong result. Please someone should put me through. Thanks. |

Good morning to all my gurus and members of this thread.I'm a silent follower and I learnt a lot on this thread.God bless y'all. I'm looking to start school in spring 2017 session. The actual plan for me is to get into community college and obtain an associate degree in nursing. It is indeed a complete change of career path as I have a Law background and a prior Masters in Law from the Uk. I plan to apply for an MBA and subsequently transfer to community college. I'm really nervous cos its a big one for me. Im also registered to take the gre test #just in case#. Please is there any advice you can give with regards to universities I can apply to, possible interview questions, etc. My real concern is that they may ask me the rationale for a second Masters. Which up until now, I can't find a good response. I'm sorry for not long post. BTW I've been to the US twice in the past year. Would that help? I look forward to any helpful response. |

poshestaunt: MBA is a unique kind of masters , people who have others masters still go on to get an MBA ... This ideally should not be strange so really it how you can articulate it . ......regarding potential possible interview questions, just read the thread from 1 till date and you will become an expert when u get to part 10 |
