Thank you for restructuring the question.
I am a little bit confused as to who will be my sponsor.
1. My sisters husband who is a psychologist in the UK. 2. My cousin, a medical doctor who just secured a good paying job at Julius Berger Abuja 700k per month. He has spent up to a year now. 3. My other cousin who has a private company in Abuja, His wife works at NNPC Abuja, has 3kids who were born in America. I am confused as to who to use as my sponsor.
This is really important. I know I have asked loads of questions here but I just want to be sure so as not to make any mistakes.
Thank you.
One more detail, I am applying at Concordia University of PGD Computer Science. I studied Computer Science in India which is for a period of 3years and normally I cannot use a 3years degree for Masters so I have to go through PGD before applying for MSC in any IT related field. Bro na Osmania u go for India? When u finish? I been dey banjara Hills and Manikonda close to Tolichowki /Gandhi Park up till February this year I go know people wey u know for sure, SubDealer, toluExpensive and co Reply |

Victory1989: Hello guru in the house, I am very confuse and I really need advice from the house.. my TRV was refuse last week and my brother advised me to reapply with the aid of an immigration lawyer. There reason for my refusal was
That I did not satisfy the VO that I will leave Canada at the end of study.
i. Purpose of visit. ii. current employment situation.
I have already applied GCM record which am waiting for there reasons for denial.
Please I want to know if an immigration lawyer has any major role to play in making sure that my visa is approved.
I wait for all your response the GCMS note you have ordered is the right step, i understand your feelings, bro. But registered and renowned immigration lawyers aid application as i heard oo never used 1 oo,but the money involved is whopping expensive. The rate of pgd refusals is discouraging and the longevity in responding to the applications which carry percentage statistic is discouraging too and signifies that the route has been tightened. Those who have 2.2 class of degree could try other countries that accept 2.2 for masters while trying luck with pgd in canada.in essence all eggs should not be in a basket any longer for PGC(D)s. The heart break is 10much |

Haha boss I've been trying to message you but my phone's been acting up.
Really taken aback at your refusal, and there's only one forward now: getting the GCMS note and submitting an improved application.
About admission, MSc with funding should be top priority for you if you can get it. That one will not turn you to a prayer warrior overnight (if you've not been one :p) and increases your chances of an approval.
Even if you do get a thesis based masters without funding, just ensure the money needed for your first year and a little more is in your account. Put all the focus on you, and that way you're solving the evidence of financial capacity. alright |

Go back to the passport office and have them issue you a new one, and since it's their mistake they should be able to cancel and immediately take back the one with the wrong date of birth. Do not use the passport to apply for anything, otherwise it might be assumed that you are deliberately trying to be fraudulent. You don't want that passport in your custody (especially when you are travelling) once it is cancelled, as it is very likely to get you in a lot of trouble at a foreign airport. PS: @churkie's post above is probably more helpful than mine. I just noticed it after I posted. duduyemi02: Help please!!!! Then write a powerful statement of interest and seek for intelligent ones to proof read for you.strong recommendations from ur UG school and work place would add value.then you finalize with prayers cos i know una like prayers wella but to those using GOD as SPARE TYRE (maintaining full and constant relationship with him) during admission and visa period, lemme categorically tell you, since you have packaged a good apppication,na by grace,destiny/luck you take get that visa/admission. After some months some of us here wouldn't remember anything called fasting, where their Bible is again and will hardly say prayers like they did before. Mbok!..i welcome any opposition on this. |
