What could be the cause of sleep in church and its solutions.

Couldn't take more of the pictures as other members awake have their eyes on me.

it's sad, just too sad.. and they can watch TV and play consoles all day... in fact some of them can blame Jonathan for Nigeria problem from morning till night

This is another post made from the stand point of ignorance, it is clear you have never been to a catholic mass, if u had u will know we dont go there to 'hail mary' all day.
And just to clarify, a catholic church is a Godly place dedicate, consecrated and set apart for d worship of the one true God, there are no locations more hallowed on earth than catholic churches were men banquet and celebrate amongst angel.

So many thing can cause sleeping at mass, tiredness and loss of attention are d two main cause of my list, sometime the priest has a part to play, he is charge with leading d people of God in worship... sometimes d parishioners are just dull and prone to sleep, i knew someone who couldn't help sleeping at important event.

since d cause is varied d solution is also varied, people should sleep well in their house b4 coming to church, be attentive and follow what is going on both spiritually, mentally etc... and priest should be lively hand have charisma... lasting people need a crash course on what goes on at mass, d mass is too spiritually deep for anyone to fall asleep.

I don't know if u have ever prayed this psalms, but in it d bible give us examples of praying with the host of heaven ie angels and saints. if it isn't wrong for d bible to ask the hosts of heaven to pray with d believer, if it actually shows people praying with the host of heaven and it isn't a sin, then i am happy to do same.

"Bless the Lord, O you his angels, you mighty ones who do his word, hearkening to the voice of his word! Bless the Lord, all his hosts, his ministers that do his will!" (Ps. 103:20-21). It says bless the Lord ye his angels. It didn't say pray for them ye his angels. In Heaven, all heavenly beings praise God 24/7 not pray. You can see several of this in the book of revelations. E.g Rev 4:11-12.

The only intercessor we have is Jesus. Hebrews 7:25 "Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession forthem."

If you have all things in Christ, why then are you turning your face to Mary and angels?
