Having body odor can leave one feeling depressed, whether it's chronic or acute body odor, that stench that oozes from skin pores caused by various factors in both men and women can be very irritating and requires some work to get rid of or reduce to its barest minimum.

Body odor can be embarrassing, thus for this reason it's important to identify potential factors that influences body occur to occur just as it to learn some tips on dealing with it.

It can be caused by:

- Bacteria on the skin's surface resulting from poor hygiene

- Excess body mass

- Certain medications like anti-depressants

- Activities leading to consistent sweating

To get rid of body odor or reduce it to a minimum is achievable. Here are some tips to help you along the way:

Scrub Well

The most basic way of getting rid of body odor is to scrub well, particularly in areas that are most likely to produce much sweat and smell like the armpits and the groin. Choose Natural Fabrics
Natural fabrics will absorb perspiration better than synthetic materials. The absorbed sweat is then free to evaporate from the fabric.

Practice good hygiene

If using antiperspirants leaves you irritated, try anti-biotic cream, they perform the same functions as antiperspirants leaving your skin refreshed and cleaner, it is readily available in stores so you can get one with ease.

Watch your diet
Extracts of proteins and oils from certain foods and spices remain in body secretions for hours after eating them and can impact on body odor . Fish, cumin, curry and leads the list. These food produce more oils in the body that is secreted onto the body, sparking up conditions that influences body odor.

Practice Clean Shaving
Shaving your underarms will give your skin a refreshing feeling. It will get rid of rich environment bacteria that causes body odor needs in order to flourish. Consistent and clean shave will expose the skin to receive clean air and prevent the conditions necessary for body odor to manifest. Mixture of Sweat and Bacteria- shaving keeps at least one of the two conditions required at bay helping the body to cut down on bad odor.

Change your soap
If you sweat perspire a lot and have a tendency to smell bad, regular toilet soap or old deodorant soap needs to be done away with. You need an anti-bacterial soap and you have to use it consistently. Over time it impacts on your skin reducing bacterium that causes body odor to reduce drastically.

Very informative. For we "men of iron" sweat is like our friend. We sweat almost everytime so it becomes imperative for us to practise good personal hygiene.

I give u 13 lbs of pure raw muscles for this post of yours.
