Skiiiwalker:bro i tell you. ike gwuru my brother.i just did all righteousness requesting for my file cos i know their reason is still just an excuse which is not of my interest.the profiles of most PGC applicants here would perfectly get them TRV if we merited or had masters admission but the issue is from CIC in the strict manner they handle PGC(D) apps. |

michV:annoying part aint even the refusal. i mean one can't force them to allow you in their country, but the gadamn processing time is nuts. now the GS gini file will take another whoping 4-5 weeks. nwoke ana agbada . 7 Likes |

Skiiiwalker:bro to my bolded,if you mistakenly didn't disclose that, in an efficient system of doing things, you would be likely to see the box ticked for ''MISREPRESENTATION'' for withholding facts/information which may determine/aid the outcome of an application since ACCRA CIC didn't detect such mistake of yours, which should have also appeared on your refusal letter, with your narration, it implies and interprets they don't pay attention to PGC (D) and docs submitted especially ACCRA CIC |

Eraytee:I don't think prayer works anything. else Nigeria has been doing the most in that aspect, and still the country is shiiity. but hey, if the concept of prayer makes you feel temporarily better over any thing you're going through, i say do what rock your boat. i don't pray, i am not affliated to any religious sect. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by easyxtan: 11:24am On Sep 12, 2016 |
Skiiiwalker: @Skiiiwalker i do not think it because of your previous US refusal...I also was refuse a USA visa which i did not declare, because i applied with my daughter and she was refused visa while i was approved, My daughter Gcms note now review that i have been refused a USA visa twice and i did not declare it, CIC even quote the month and year i was refused , But i was lucky because it did not affect my application because CIC stated that they find me as genuine student because i was an MBA student....so the reason the delayed my daughter is because CIC say i never travel and come back before, say my ties for Nigeria no too strong. They also delayed my daughter for purpose of visit which the Gcms also state that my purpose was to study not my sucking daughter to accompany me and that her ties is stronger in Canada than Nigeria. I tell my husband please bring my child to canada oh, unless i no go travel again, My TRV dey for inside cupboard since one month now dey chill my husband will now apply with my daughter for a visiting visa because he has good travel history |

easyxtan: hmm you were lucky indeed. may be they initially wanted to refuse you both over that, but for the fact that you are going for Masters, earned you more points. 1 Like |

Skiiiwalker:LWKMD to my bolded..we shall all port IJN. i know men that tried different countries up till 5 times, even got banned for forgery/misrepresentation, served the ban and later applied to germany and other european countries and got it but theirs aren't for study. the most important thing is keeping push, atimes it must not be that particular country you wanted. |

Hello House. My TRV was delayed because of Purpose of visit and current employment situation. i am an accounting graduate (BSC) and i am going for international busines management(PGD). Please i need your candid advise here coz i am considering of reapplying as against January. My question is am i going for a wrong course or the reason for refusal was just not to grant me TRV. |

Via a goal driven statement of purpose as you know your previous discipline, intended programme and your current job very well. What date did you submit ur visa application and did you submit any employment letter from ur work place? TemitopeJ16: |

TemitopeJ16:lemme similarly relate your case to the one of a moniker here which he tendered in part 10 as of August but was successful for his TRV after opting for masters program. He studied Economics and went for your same program, exactly.the VO said in his GCMS note "pa program is a 2 semesters program.concerns about his purpose of studies.dont know why such applicant is incuring huge cost when similar programs are available in his home country"bla bla bla..application refused.cases are different though as it applies to individuals.i guess you should order ur GCMS NOTE before attempting to reapply.i feel your purpose of studies/intended program have been faulted by the VO. |

hello everyone. please i will like help on these issues. i already have my TRV but wont be able to make it this year until next fall. my questions are 1) do i have to enter canada within a certain period? like some countries that one has to enter the country with 6mths or 1yr of their visa being issued to you. 1) my visa and passport expires in 2018, i need to extend my study visa because my course is two years. Can i renew my passport before travelling in 2017? will i have to apply for a new visa? or can i just travel renew my passport in canada and apply for study extention i will appreciate help in these areas please.
