To answer your question I will like you to know that SMS service providers (aggregators) like Infobip shows your balance at the admin panel of your integration is perfect. But routemobile use the per 6 traffic method (that's my name for it) that means you will see your balance after 6 or more messages are sent. Else, you will see 'PERMISSION DENIED' as your API balance.
Note: My answer is on the ground that you are the final admin or your level is superuser and your API is perfectly set.

Make sure you format the mobile numbers properly... Use country code and separate with comma no spaces between each mobile number. Example +23481300300300,+234713030303030,+5555995959959

smsportalcreator website is not working for about two weeks now. DID ANYONE NOTICE THIS AS WELL?

Am in big trouble, error message is gateway timeout each time I click on any spc4 menu. I just bought the SPc4. Have also installed the modules. But once I click menu member or admin I get gateway timeout. I have contacted hosting company , they said I have to upgrade to cloud based hosting costing 60$ per month. This I cannot afford monthly.
I have also contacted spc4 support team but they can't solve it.
Please good people , advice me what to do.
