From a reliable Source - Uniben don't wish to correct any error, in past years when you have such errors you fill correction form but this year its gonna be a method to forfeit admission

I didnt just hear it any where an admission officer told me.... Try to think why they asked to come with scratch cards

So the admission officer told you that students were asked to bring scratch cards because they want to screen out those with correction issues? That drunk admission officer needs to be flogged with koboko soaked in Mama Ebo pepper stew for disgracing the position he holds, forgetting that bringing of scratch cards for clearance didn't just start this year. As a matter of fact, there is a clearance officer assigned to each faculty, whose job is to use the provided scratch cards to verify your result online before changing your Kofa page status to 'Cleared'. We went through the same process last year.

Are you sure the person you talked to works at the admission office? because from all indications, the person you spoke to is one of those cleaners tasked with making hall 3 bed bug free.

Even at that, most cleaners are familiar with Uniben's clearance process: this cleaner you met must be new. No vex oh, but I dey surprise say as per student wey you already be, you no dey familiar with Uniben clearance process.

It's like Uniben only invited those that qualified for merit admission from the details they submitted.

Nobody should panic for now as supplementary admission lists always have more names.

I don't think this screening is clearance.. It was tagged "pre admission screening".. so it means there will be "post admission screening".

Yea. That's what Uniben did from the look of things. The people they invited are the first batch admission list.

Now, if the people they invited have already made the list, that's bad news for those not invited yet. Because that means as it stands, Uniben already has 1st and 80% 2nd batch admission list compiled, meaning not everybody will get invited for the second batch because about 60% of the available space would have already been filled, leaving Uniben with no option than to invite ONLY those who made the second batch like they did with the first.

Now, if the people they invited are rather going to fight for their admission via face-face screening (which I doubt) , still bad news for those not invited because it means their chances of getting admitted depends on how many first batchers are able to ace their face-face screening. This means Uniben will admit as many that can pass the screening. Imagine Uniben inviting 7000 students and 6,500 pass the screening, E don be for second batch be that oh!

Those not invited yet, please don't start giving up. Though, I know it's easier said than done. Just remain hopeful, all will work out well.

But still put it at the back of your minds that the fact you have not been invited is not a guarantee that you will be, in the second batch. Uniben will most certainly not invite everybody who crossed the benchmark, they cannot handle such a crowd. Impossicant!

Lol very funny.... Am very conversant with every ways of clearance but remeber this is screening they didn't say outrightly to be clearance.... Well its not best to conclude yet wait till aftermath of everything...
