Some schools accept only university's stamp since what you are talking bot has been issued by such school, whereas others go as far as requesting for certification. I think you certify it from those normal places I.e embassy, court, etc

Ok yes i deleted that post because you are not teaching them how to beat the transcript problem as you thought but you are teaching them how to go about it illegally.

The German school requested for a stamped transcript from the university you graduated from and NOT from an agent/agnecy or any other educational institution.

And will a university issue a transcript without being stamped? It is a must a university stamps transcripts even if it is meant for a vocational group. So advising to send there isn't more illegal than those explaining one should send to where they can get it. In a situation like this, you dont need to be deontological about it, let the end justify the means.

To apply for a BSc programme, is it advisable to use 100 level transcript or waec certificate? please I need an answer
