Can I Trust Club Konnect / Club Konnect Scamming People, No Data Sent (2) (3) (4)

Hello peeps, please has anyone had a successful transactiin with this data selling company. I saw their banner ads on Nairaland and decided to try them out. First time they delivered and subsequent transaction is now story upon story.

I credited their account through online transfer on the 9th September and followed their instructions by sending the required information to their whatsapp no. Received a reply on the 10th that it will be processed. After 24hrs been on Sunday 11th i called their contact no and was told it is weekend and they cant attend to me until the next day. I asked, what has weekend got to do with crediting my wallet on your site or sending my data.

Monday 12th i called again and they told me the person in charge is not around and within 24hrs they ll credit. this is over 24hrs and no credit, no data and no refund.

Please share your experience.

I used them successfully yesterday. I didn't 'transfer' to my wallet cos the first time I did that, it didn't work--i wasn't debited either.

How I do mine is: I log into my account, click on the relevant data I need to purchase, I get redirected to the payment portal, after payment, I get a 'transaction successfull' message and voila! MTN sends a message that I got data from their number.

Sorry about this. I think weather week-end or not, a credible system should work. Data tend to be more relevant on weekends, so the guys should become more serious... think they just are complacent about their business so far...

Mine was data issue. After paying I was not given any data neither was my money refunded. I called and whatsapp the agents in charge but I was kept posted for over one week. I only had successful transaction the first time with them. Subsequent transactions have been stories here and there. The worst is the way those guys tells you story giving you hope that they are working on it only to find out that nothing is being done to the issue. I have stopped every transaction with them. I had to warn my younger sister who I referred to desist from clubkonnect.

Glad to announce that the issue has been sorted out and my wallet has been credited. Thanks to their supervisor who intervened. If you are having same issue eith them, please call and request to speak with their supervisor.

Advice to Club Konnect, please be mindful of who serve as your customer care officer. Obviously the guy taking your calls now, is not portraying your image well.

it wouldnt be too soon before you customer rep tarnish the image of your company ,i transferred via the access bank ussd code *9o1# the sum of 599 to your number o8164235314 on Wednesday from my mobile number o7o68835122 ,up till today Saturday i haven't received data, only to call the Cr and they said i was meant to use transfer code ,that they have to manual check for the transaction,i even sent them an evidence of the transfer on their whatsapp number only for them later to keep asking the same question over and over agaIN WTF!!!.....calling them,u will get the same response over and again,(we would look into it l i mean this is a business for crying out loud,provision for prompt solution should already be made for situation like this..........its very annoying angry

Club konnect is more than just a scam, they are even worse, its exactly a week that i've paid the sum of 10,000k. It was the first transaction they received on the 5th of Feb 2018, access Bank confirms it. We were even told in the Bank that they transfered the money already. Now the next thing i'm going to do sue them to the court of law, thank God they are close... Just Iwo road there. You guys should be on your toes.

Probably you imputed a wrong number for data purchase.

Until you are able to provide information requested we might not be able to assist.

In your initial complaint you claim to purchase data to the above line and it was investigated and we did not see any attempt to purchase data to the line .
