For kpekusing,I resumed at 5month,cos of fear of getting pregnant again ,and also the fact that I dont really enjoy the act. But its getting better now cos I don't feel the pain I use to feel before like the guy is hitting my womb (seems the womb shifted after delivery).

Been trying to talk DH into contraceptive,the guy no wan gree,he is also saying it has side effect that we should do withdrawal and calendar. Been thinking of going ahead to do it on my own( I know it's wrong, I need my DH's consent )but I don't want stories that touch ,cos if I get pregnant before am ready I will just start running,and when am tired I will rest small and continue running .

I resumed kpekusing 3 weeks pp. I think what helped was that himself learnt to help around the house and hold baby D, it made me more welcoming, plus my libido generally is sky high.

Concerning contraceptives, I had a hormonal implant put in at 6 weeks. What I noticed about the implant was that I added a bit of weight which I could not shake off, no matter what I did.

Dates - 10 pieces (Hausas call it Dabino)

If the tiger nuts are the dried ones, soak overnight

Wash and blend all three with water....sieve and chill in d fridge. Drink like one or two glass cup and U can give to ur hubby to drink as well. It actually works sha.

So we need one more Abuja mama to so we can get 10books each when we purchase 50books. Or we can just what'sapp you what we need individually cos of different age range cos I believe someone with a 6month old won't want to receive and keep book of 5years old. So I will suggest we chat up kidco then he package our books differently with names and send to one person, then we pick up to save transportation cost. This will also work for people that may want popup books and singing books to order exactly what they want.

NO WONDER OOOO,hmmmmm I like kunu aya sooo much so av been making it lately cos our light is a bit constant, am a low libido person but since last week av been holding dh like say name curse,he was just looking at me and wondering what happened,even last nit that i was angry wt him i still manage do d tin as i no fit say no.I Neva knew it was kunun aya.

Tongue tie will look like a thick membrane under the tongue or holding up the upper gum. Ask for the matron, older more experienced nurses can spot it easier. I know a lot of doctors won't check for it.

its a very thin flesh holding d tongue ton the lower gum,I don't really know how to describe it,but its noticeable when d baby cries,he won't be able to raise his tongue well.my first son had it and we didn't know until i took him for 6 weeks immunization, d nurse told me abt it an it was cut there.
no big deal but if its not cut early it makes them talk somehow as in wen they talk it won't be clear and u can't cut once d child grows up

Any experienced nurse can tell if the tongue is tied. The procedure is very simple, Dr. loosened lo's own when I took him for circumcision. I was not satisfied so during six week check he used his finger nail to further loosen it. No surgery or anything required, it can be sniped in dr's office once child is 6 weeks or younger.

To try and check by yourself, Put your finger on your child's lower lip, he'll open his mouth. Then put finger on his lower gum, he'll stick the tongue out. If it's tied you'll see a groove (deep line) in the middle of the tongue. It will look like a 'w'. Also a tied tongue can barely protrude past the gum talk less of reaching the lip. When they try to bring out the tongue, it will fold downwards.
