Good morning house,their is this 8 rooms self contain that requires wood work and roofing and the contractor sent this estimate for the wood work.. Honourable members of this house can you pls take your time and go through this estimate because to me this is way too much for woodwork not even talking about the roofing. (1)3x4x12=40@ 1,000 each =40,000 (2) 2x4x18=120 @ 1,200=165,000 (3) 2x4x12 =110 @ 600.00 each=66,000 (4) 2x3x12=400pics @350 each= 140,000 (5) 2x2x12=400 pics @300.00 each= 120,000 (6) 1x10x12= 40pics @1,000 each =40,000 (7) 2 bags of nail =16,000 (  labour 150,000.
