2) Yeap.. but you have to notarize it

3) Some schools have started their summer application.

Ok yes i deleted that post because you are not teaching them how to beat the transcript problem as you thought but you are teaching them how to go about it illegally.

The German school requested for a stamped transcript from the university you graduated from and NOT from an agent/agnecy or any other educational institution.

You didn't understand the guy. in my school, we pay 50,000 per transcript. And if you need to apply to 3 schools, how do you pay 150,000??...

That's why we are looking for a way to get the transcript for Pre Application. So that when admission is successful, we can now pay to get it forwarded to the school in Germany.

Its a simple exam if you have good knowledge of English...

So advising to send there isn't more illegal than those explaining one should send to where they can get it. In a situation like this, you dont need to be deontological about it, let the end justify the means.
