I just want to bring to your notice, of the unwholesome and nefarious activities going on in www.clubkonnect.com The company claimed to be a data reseller company but to my greatest dismay, they are engaged in dubious dealings, viz a viz, when you purchase either data or recharge card online, and after making payment, you expect to receive the data or credit voucher, but that is not the case with www.clubkonnect.com they will neither send you data or refund your money. And if you to dare call them, they continue to give flimsy excuses that will not solve the problem. They have done this to me severally, without remorse and i was told by one of their staff, that i can do whatever i like.

My story is this, i bought Airtel credit on 25th August 2016 and i did not receive any credit and i made more than 12 calls at various times, even send WhatsApp messages, yet nothing happen, no credit, no refund till today. I even called airtel customer care severally, was informed that no such activity appeared on their platform. I had bought thereafter from different resellers with no issues.

They advertise N500 for 1GB. A lot of people fell for the awoof, that's how they ended up in this mess. I know someone that even didn't get any refund from these ClubKonnect guys. He eventually got tired of calling them and dashed them the money. Nairaland really should stop displaying their ads.

They are very very real. I have been using their services since 2014 for myself, my wife and sister (must have made over 30 transactions for both data and credit) and I have only had 1 or 2 issues with them which was later rectified. Just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean they are a scam and should be run down.

We've all had bad experiences with most of the gsm companies (that's why pple use more than 1 network) but it doesn't make them scammers.

i have used their service. Their problem is that they are under staffed that's why they miss customer details. And they don't have customer service softwares.

Etisalat Customer care says they would need the sponsor number so they can remove it from their end, that's why I'm asking.

I have already fallen to their gimmicks. They are real scammers. They will never credit nor refund you. I paid last month and they are still dribbling me.

Provide evidence of payment so we can investigate and credit or refund u. I can assure u that we are not scammers as we have our office address boldly displayed on our website and thousands of people regularly use our website monthly without issues.

But first let me state one of several reason why u might not have been credited.
1. First if ur money paid was credited to ur wallet and u purchase data and yet did not receive it. Then it might be due to network issue. So provide us D affected number so we can resolve asp
2. The bank might not have sent an alert for ur payment to us.
3. U probably paid without following the instruction of putting ur registered phone number or transaction I'd as depositors name. For example u paid Putting depositors name as gbenga adeoye
We currently have over 100,000 members on our database so when we try to credit u using your name we may get more than 15 people bearing gbenga adeoye.

Solution
1. Have u contacted our Customer Care via call/text or whatsapp?
2. We always advice u pay via ur ATM Card as it is fully automated so no need for any human intervention as u will be credited automatically
N.B we are a direct agent of Interswitch just like all bank are also direct Agent And we do not collect ur credit card details because u will be redirect to Interswitch website to enter ur card details

Observation
1. I can assure u that we are not scam because for every one issue like your, be rest assured that hundreds more transactions/payment were were successfully processeed by us.
2. We have thousands of people that regularly patronize us every month and am sure they will attest the fact that we are for real and the best. N. B we currently process over 2,000 transactions daily

this is exactly the kind of things we are talking about when u come here an lay false accusations. i have attached a screen shot of you account with us below, it show that your wallet was credited with 600 which is still sitting idle. Even the screen shot you uploaded by yourself show that your wallet was credited.

Pls tell me how do you intend we provide you data/airtime when u did not even request for it. we are not practicing voodoo for us to know the data/airtime you need(or can u tell us and the whole world, the phone number you requested on the the value). but if you are not familiar on how to use our platform, i suggest next time that you simply ask for help rather than just going about defaming our business. You have posted atleast 3 different post calling us corporate scam. Imagine the damage you have caused to our business with you false accusation. i will advice that you do proper investigation before call somebody or any business a scam next time.

How it works

Dat's what you guys normally said,am also a member in ClubKonnect but recently I start experiencing such.When u people will nw mark a transaction completed deal yet u guys won't deliver after deducting money from de wallet...Even when I try to reach guys via WhatsApp or call to lay my complain, u people will keep saying u are working on it to the resolve issue... u people keep resolving de issue aday,2days,3days,4,5,6,1week,2weeks,even till nw u guys are still working on it while my money is still missing yet u people didn't serve me de data I purchased for...

Is dat not what we call STEALING by trick.......
