UNIXLover:what it implies is, if some1 is legally admitted to any country, the person can apply for Canadian study permit from there. I will have to ask you again how to fill the section on the IMM1294E of where they ask, are you applying from your country of residence, which i know you did answer NO.then it means i ll will fill in the details of my address of the country i am legally admitted? |

you have to be living in that country legally either as a resident or Student . Also, you will have to do Biometrics in the nearest place to your resident address. I indicated every where possible that i am currently doing masters in the US . michV: |

nam16: Your observation is noted. However that is not enough excuse for the high refusal rates and long processing times. BTW, are you a VO? How did you get this information?? Please if you are one, kindly process my application. 2 Likes |

UNIXLover: Need your opinion on this, I'll be in the US from this weekend for an office training and my admission letter just came today, can I do my application in the US even though I'm there on B1/B2 visa. With this 15-week thing, I definitely can't make it if I apply from Nigeria when I get back. |

I dont just know what to do right now..Please how do i tackle this reasons? 1 Like |

UNIXLover:you see..even with your academics in the U.S they still granted you Canadian study Visa. You see what i am saying that our problem is from Accra embassy.if it were Accra VOs, they will now Tick "family ties in country of residence and in Canada" and "purpose of visit".it's like they don't like Seeing PGC(D) applications on their desk..The VOs in accra know what they are doing with high rate of paper application refusals |

People have been granted TRV after 2, 3, consecutive denials. I felt pain only d moment I saw it. Buhariwa failed elections how many times? nobi em be our president today?
