Go for safer brands like Durex and make sure to read the manual carefully. The oil in condoms is located in what is called the reservoirs. Unless You use a different brand. The oil in condoms act as a lubricant as rightly pointed out.
Spermicides and the rest do not need to be greasy or oily. Again not all comdoms come with the spermicide.
