I am not sure when this happened but CAC has moved from the address at 17 Aje Street, Yaba to Corporate Affairs Commission has moved to no 18/20 Catholic Mission Street (Opposite City Hall), Lagos Island, Lagos State.

Thanks for this... I just got a text from CAC telling me to come to Catholic mission street. I was surprised because there was not notification of move or anything via text so had to google the new address to see if its genuine. Thanks again.

Take all your receipt, an attested passport at the court, the accepted business name and 2 passports and go to their office. I assume that you have started the registration and name search online

Yes you can do business name registration for your brother but if you are incorporating, you will need the services of a lawyer.

If you are using public transport, board an obalende bus and stop at onikan, walk towards the high court axis, you will find it there. Not sure if you can take keke there. If driving, try and locate the federal high court, it should be on your left before you get there.
