You can try Limi Hospital. It's a private hospital and they have a good reputation and the doctors there are professionals. I'm currently registered there for ante natal. 

They are expensive though

I dont believe its true, because when i went in to deliver and my baby wasnt moving as expected they gave me cold water to drink as apperently babies can feel it and move! Sure wnough they was a jump in activity!

Some people crave ice and even take icecubes into the delivery room to chew on and cool down. With no adverse effects. So i dont think there is any scientific basis to the cold water story.

You are seeing blood already which you/we don't know the cause, could be nothing heck pregnant women bleed but it's ADVISABLE to let a doctor rule out any ish. I Could list many instances here were mamas bled and it turned out to be placenta detaching and a stitch in nine made all the difference between life and death(honestly didn't want to put it to you that plain hence my comment). Moreover you weren't bleeding when your doc sent you home so what's stopping you from reporting the new development?

Those who asked you to go home to avoid Cs are dey aware now you are spotting? Which is better you and your baby alive or something going wrong because you stayed away from hospital because you no want Cs? How were dey even certain your labor won't progress fast?

I understand ur point but am human and believe me I have the right to frown at any comment that doesn't go well with me.I was in dying need of helpful answers last night.I was even surprised that twas only 3mamas that answered me,but that's not even my problem.I called my Dr before I posted that my question, he said I can go back to the hospital wen the contractions becomes unbearable and regular,just that I needed more answers from sabi mamas here.Or maybe my questions are always not important. I honestly felt embarrassed last night.You dnt know how much I believe in this group especially as a FTM.Anyways I appreciate the fact that you were trying to making me laugh but sorry I still don't find it funny.Well no problem sha,mo ti Ko gbon Thanks.

Hi dear, cold water was what was discussed during my last ANC the midwife said it's a misconception cold water wouldn't do u or the baby anything.
But I had a church member that just gave birth she said she drank cold water a lot that immediately she gave birth the kind of cold that greeted her was no joke. She said it was as if she was deepen into a freezer all her teeth were shaking.

Pls o, yetersday ibwas feeling so uncomfortable and all body pain ,feverish and vomiting went to clinic ,was to to do some test which they later detect malaria 2 lines,they said its on a high side,they initially want to admit me but i decline it.so they place me on injection and some drugs BT this particular drugs I sent am not comfortable with it , maybe its because its I didn't met the senior Dr @ hostipal .I want sabi mamas to help me is it save in pregnancy ?

Pls if they want to admit you cos of malaria pls let them admit you.they will be able to monitor you better.you know you said malaria 2 lines which is on a high side.Doctors do take malaria during pregnancy serious.Well dont really know about the drugs maybe you google it.

I think it is wen u're about to deliver or u've just delivered that that cold water/hot water thing becomes an issue

. I tot i was the only one suffering from bitter mouth. No matter what I eat, after like 5 minutes my mouth will become very bitter then the saliva. At times the food will even refuse to digest. Abeg wetin I fit do or chop. I don tire for chewing gum

sorry dear it's just a phase. it will pass. green garden egg helps me a lot with salivation and constipation.
