Abeg how did you do it,,, EDD is 29th of sept and all have been experiencing is false labor. serious lower abdominal pain with back pain. I want to birth my lo before Edd O jare. serious Contraction without dilatation except for 50% effacement from VE. Am 38 weeks 5 days today and next visit is tomorrow.

Please what about Lonart(DS) , I actually didn't see a gynae today, I met a GP, hence my concern. I had to call the gynae and he said I should take Lonart, even before I told him that I had already been given Coartem.

Do please is Lonart(DS) double strength also safe? Thanks so much, I am already working on the PCV, it was actually lower than that, Ugu, Anara leaves and God is gradually bring it up.

Lonart and Coartem are one and same drugs but by different drug companies. Yes you can take the DS, it's even better so as to reduce the number of tablets you are taking at a go.

It will soon stop. It's one of the few things we go thru for our babies

Like other mamas have said, try to eat in small quantity and pls try to stay hydrated cos throwing up will dehydrate you. Drinking ice cold water or chewing ice can help with that. 

Keep up with the pap too. And eat what you crave for


I was throwing up from week 4 to week 21! 
For some women, it stops at week 12/13 and for some, it doesn't. 

However, if it's so bad that you can't keep up, please see your doctor! There are drugs or safe injections that can be given to you to stop the vomiting. 

My doctor gave me promethazine at the time. Though it made me turn to mumu and made me sleep like an idiot, it stopped the vomiting for a whole week and I was able to at least eat. 

So maybe you should try to see your doctor for help.

Realdentist, biko how do I clean my toddler's tongue? It's always a tug of war. Even to clean teeth is wahala, I'm now seein yellowish deposit on one of his teeth. Wat do I use to get rid of it?

NB: I've used finger toothbrush, he bites my finger. I've used toddler's toothbrush, he will use his teeth to hold it. U can't clean his tongue. I've also tried using washcloth, e no work

but I read somewhere that wen u're finding it hard to sleep, blink ur eyes very fast for one minute cos tired eyes will easily sleep off. try n see if it works

how old is he and how many teeth does he have? is it not that cute bobo i saw in ur pix? he should have outgrown wash cloth. keep trying with the toothbrush and pea sized toothpaste. even if he bites down, gently insist and keep doing what u're doing. he will eventually come around. most children are like that. also try to find a way to add fun to it,or distract him to open his mouth.
make him see d toothbrush as his friend.lol

for the yellowish deposit, it's plaque. u can use ur finger to scrape it off the areas u see it. then continue with the brushing.

i noticed some white coated stuff on my tongue too and dh got this tongue scrapper for me and its really works but i dont know if toddler like ur bobo can use it.

Actually, I just finished brushing and assessing my teeths again.
Dts so funny. Do people go for gap teeth fix up? I got gap infact I will say na scattered teeth I get. Anytime I eat meat, na battling wt stucked pieces of meat.Sometimes I wish I had gotten braces wen I was small, maybe it would av helped.

During first trim, it was as if dy were gonna fall off.
Everybody has different tins dt make us who we are. Whether scattered teeth or well set ones. Who cares?
