Please pardon my errors.

Schooling in Nigeria or traveling to Europe which is better, I'm posting this on behalf of my friend , he intend traveling tho he is still an undergraduate (200 level) I'm as confused as he is because at first I wanted him to so he can be sending me cash grin .but on a second thought what is his fate as a dude, is it really worth the risk, forfeiting his admission and traveling via lybia to Europe. i wouldn't want him to have regrets later in life or even loose him.
