I'm facing the same thing here; no notification received, Invalid log in.

If you answered and submitted within the allotted time i am sure it has been submitted. Maybe the network is playing hide and seek with you

Try sending a mail of complaint to them immediately so u can be logged in for ur test. My friends' have had theirs resolved already and they've written the test even tho they didn't get any text too. Don't give up just yet, u still have from now till 11:59pm to take part in the quiz/test. I hope this helps, thanks.
