You could be blackmailed, private life exposed etc and government can also request for your information at any time to use against you and government as we know is just as corrupt as corruption can be.

Google keyboard : everything you typed ever
Gmail: every mail you've ever sent or read
Chrome: every site you've ever visited
Imagine if someone just just builds a case of paedophile against you that one time you out of curiosity googled child porn or beastiality or anything or you get arrested for calling the president a bad name in a chat with your friend .
While it's an AI that profiles you not really a human being the challenge is they collect this much information, what if it ever leaks check that what happens when it leaks. It's just a matter of time really. Millions of information about people are being sold on the dark web and guess what, they are not going to be liable. Take a time out to read the license agreement sometime before you just click agree and next sometime you'll see how well they cover their asses.
I ain't saying don't use Allo, am just pointing out the genuine reason for privacy concerns.
