While it has been widely acknowledged that English is not Nigeria's lingua franca, at least English language is taught at the basic level in Pre-Secondary schools.

^^^It is good that you corrected it but it was not even necessary, these guys are just - TROLLS. I for apply, but my hands are too tied, I work for 2 different companies and also freelance in my spare time, but if your company can pay my BILL, they can bid for me now.
