Multi-award winning Canadian music star, The Weeknd who kicked started the campaign for his coming album by taking off his iconic dreads for a low cut, has been tagged a fraud by Afrobeat star, Wizkid.

Nigerian singer, Wizkid who has been referred to as Starboy for ages, even naming his label with the same title threw shots at the Grammy award winner for naming his new album, Starboy.

When Wizzy attention was first drawn to the album title, he replied by saying everyone is a star, only to laugh at the name in a later tweet and called the 'Often' singer a fraud. Tho he has since deleted the tweet from his account, we got our hand on a screenshot... See below ..

Any miuzishan wey nor know wizkid as a name coming from the huge success of drake's one dance,naim be say the miuzishan ears block and he nor sabi read.if u are aware of Drake, u must be aware of his biggest song till date 'one dance' and if u are aware of one dance you must be aware of wizkid and kyla.period

Wizkid as a brand,Yes, as a starboy u are right.
But don't be surprise they all sometimes see colleagues video on YouTube and wizzy inscribes 'starboy' on every of his video.the bobo fit don watch one of dis video.for the past 15 years dat I av bin following up,Neva heard any artiste hit on d starboy brand.how come na after wizzy break enta d world stage,naim he take rememba starboy as a word? Maybe,outside chance of a coincidence is likely but make we nor blame wizzy,he fit don reason like dat too.
