The population is fast increasing,and the rate of families living in poverty is fast increasing too, I have to say this, i'm very much against couples having many children, how will a couple have up to eight children in a room apartment, .. We all know nigeria is still a developing country, even at that there should be law that will prevent citizens of nigeria from having excess children that they could cater for and every couple should be subjected to compulsory family planning.

Employment
In my opinion i think the government needs to do something first on employment, Let them first tackle the rate of unemployment in the country, i believe if the government looks into this, Majority of our youth would have something doing, there's this saying that an idle mind is a devil's workshop' if every youth is entitled to a job, There would be a decrease in unwanted child bearing in the country.
There have been several cases of unwanted pregnancies and this is mostly common among the unemployed youths, so am certain that if governnent began to engage our unmployed youths and also embark on a nationwide awareness on the essence of family planning, we would already be combatting war against crime, injustice and overpopulation

Crime
Lawlessness in this part of africa is fast becoming the order of the day and i can say categorically that birth control is a big factor in putting an end to crime or atleast reduce it to a reasonable level, i say this because a child with proper upbringing from the parents will hardly look in the way of crime to survive, we must also understand that a family should'nt have more than four children. And any family that earns less than forty thousand naira shouldnt be allowed to have more than two children, am sure when the government does this we would have come a long way in the war against crime.

Family planning
Family planning should be introduced to every family within this country, am sure that once we introduce family planning and ensure that every family makes very good use of it, Government should also introduce very stiff punishment so that every family that breaks the law and have more children than normal, will not go unpurnished and government should also ensure the affordability of the service So that every family will be able to afford it.

So guys what's your opinion on this issue of child birth control.... Do you have any meaningful thing to add to this??
