The minister of higjer education Blade Nzimande was interviewed this morning on ENCA and he said if the protests continues the govt will have no choice but to shut down the schools to safeguard lives and properties.
Also yesterday in Durban Gwede Manteshebsaid the same thing but said it was his personal opinion.

good evening guys . i stil havent heard from the embassy since aug 31st. when tracking my application, the response is still under-processing . and same person who we submitted togeda has gotten his visa. i called the embassy ,same response was given. i am getting really worried now. anyone with idea of how i can go about it. i would appreciate. thanks

Minister Blade does not have such powers. Decision to shut down institutions lie with the Senate and Executive Council of each university.

As for Mantashe, his party has failed a major campaign promise.

There is a major picket at parliament soon by students, parents including academics so it goes beyond the problem of the students.

The only snag wit this airline is the repartration fee of $150 one has to part with. It is refundable after five working days if you dont have issues with the immigration at the port of entry.

You can also buy PTA at the Travelex stand at the Lagos airport. I bought a dollar @ 356. You have to get there say 5 hours before your flight to get this because of the usually long quenes.

Jonzi is a beautiful city, fantastic rail infrastructure, good road networks. Things actually works here. Our leaders are just so evil. They wont escape God's wrath.

a) where u asked of how much pta u are holding?
b) where u asked about your hotel and did dey call the hotel?

2) the repatriation where will I pay and who will I pay it to ? please explain more.

Experience at POE was pretty straight forward...Confirmation of hotel booking and return ticket..Nothing to be scared of,if your are geniune.

No, they dint ask of d PTA at d POE

Before boarding,you will be asked to go and pay the repartration fee their office at d airport. It is refundable.
