May be computer select your second name as your surname as it was in my case. My surname start with 'A' and I didn't received sms and I couldn't login until the day lapsed, While my second name start with 'O' and when it is turn of 'O', I received sms.

Had this issue at first. See I made the mistake of trying to login with my phone number and surname at first from the website.

You're required to login with your email address and password you use before first. Then after you login.

Before you begin with your test you'll now need to login with your phone number and surname. That's the order.

Login normally first before you'll now login with your number.

True I just finished mine my surname starts with o and my other names as well so I just tried the othersand one logged in simple questions mehn badt candidates good luck

I JUST FINISHED MY TEST NOW. Guess what? I used NOKIA X2 to login through Opera Mini. Also I didn't receive any text message before logging in. Federal government programmes always favour me and I pray this one do too.
