Major point to note for those yet to carry out ECA (especially with WES or IQAS)... PLEASE and PLEASE, don't bother adding ur WAEC (its as useless as the 'P' in the pronounciation of the word 'Psychology' I spent over 30k in total for just WAEC, and i still mourn that wastage till now. Only send ur highest qualification, or if u have 2 degrees, send the two of them... Please no need for WAEC 7 Likes |

Please does anyone have an experience with WES evaluating ACCA.. Do you need to submit your WAEC result? I have read in forums that it is evaluated as 3 years Bachelors. Any practical experience in the house??!! Thanks all |

Hi Zandora, I just got in here. Just for clarification purposes. do you mean that if Mr. A has a degree in Nigeria and has a masters abroad, it would be better to get WES assess his Masters and that the Degree would give any additional point? Thanks. zandora: |

JesusDWay: Boss, please I want to see if i can save 87CDN. What is the risk of choosing the standard shipping option of 7CDN apart from being slower? Has anyone chosen that option and got the hard copy reports before? Your response will be appreciated. 1 Like |

Yes it is acceptable by CIC for EOI.. I understand that some provinces specifically state want they accept.. That's if you are going for a provincial nomination. MummyJaygirls: |

No it is the same fee. The additional fee is what you incur in sending the transcript to them. MummyJaygirls: |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 4:34pm On Sep 23, 2016 |
Not sure that is correct.. I have read that it is equivalent of a Bsc. Maybe he assessed an IFRS diploma from ACCA and WES took it as post graduate diploma since he has a BSC. Kindly clarify. I understand that assessing ACCA certification with WES is seamless as you only have to pay for the assessment cost. ACCA communicates directly with them. Jetspeed: |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by bighead2: 4:59pm On Sep 23, 2016 |
sehawale: The only difference is that the 87CDN is if u want the hard copy of your ECA report delivered to you via Express Courier (i.e in 3days), while that of 7CDN is if you prefer it delivered to u via normal standard courier(e.g NIPOST which may take between 3weeks to one month). However, don't forget that a soft copy would be sent to you via email immediately the report is ready. 2 Likes |

ugoiyke79e: Thanks a lot. Please was it just your MBBS certificate you submitted to them? Did they require you to submit your transcript at any point? Did your institution put the verification in the official envelope with which it came before sending it back to ECFMG? My institution claims to have sent the form back to EICS (about a week ago via courier), but MCC informed me that ECFMG has not gotten a response from my institution. The dean's secretary however said he did not use the EICS official envelope. He put the form and credential in their envelope and sent back to ECFMG. Do you think this is the reason why they haven't gotten it? Thanks for your help. |

I appreciate the good work you all are doing here. Please I need a bit of assistance. When sending my documents to WES for evaluation, can I send the envelope bearing my documents and that bearing my wife's together as one mail? I am considering putting both in a bigger envelope to cut cost. Our reference numbers will be indicated on our respective envelopes. |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by dupyshoo: 11:41pm On Sep 24, 2016 |
This is not correct. Most of the provinces still have paper based PR application. For example, although Manitoba PNP application is done online, most people that are nominated are still required to submit paper application to IRCC. richieadeolu: |
