PLS GO TO OLX WEBSITE AND STOP WASTING TIME HERE ASKING QUESTIONS THAT ARE NOT GONNA HELP.... if we have fones in such range and we live.in d NORTH... have we helped u? and if u are asking for such fone in your locality or state... who do you expect to go check the price for you? huh?

NOKIA 3310 is tha best option

Don't mind the brothers up there. There still decent phones at that price. Go for xiaomi redmi2,its 27k now and its very sleek.
Actually I recently lost mine I bought last month.

what I usually do is to check konga and co with my price range. after selecting the ones I like, I will go check review on Google and YouTube. often the difference bw d online store n ur normal street might b +or- 2k

. Then stop wasting ur tym. Where wud u find a phone with dat kinda camera at such range in dis our recessive naira. 13mp back, 8mp or 5mp front. Charlie u wud nid 14days fasting and prayer so dat dat kind of fone will fall 4rm heaven. Buh if it is in dis coun3 u nid a phone of dose specs at dat price range den u need to audition 4 stand up nigeria comedy show.

Are you a photographer that you're so much concerned about 13MP camera? I believe your priority should be the battery capacity and perhaps the OS

Don't end up wasting your money on a silly phone just because it has 13MP... Go for a phone that the parts can easily be gotten from the market in case it goes faulty

Sir let your Friend get ready to cough out 30k upward if he needs a very nice phone..better camera,long lasting battery e.t.c But if he his interested in a clean second phone with no issue check my siggy
