Most schools should paste their collated names on or before 30th of September as stipulated in the NYSC time table. i think any school that doesn't paste by that time isnt mobilising for this batch b 2016 except nysc extends the deadline.

you can use Ur Gmail,,,tho not sure if it's acceptable,,but use it

login to your portal and fill the Mobilization form there,,,,,,,,,then scan your Statement of result,jamb admission letter and verified o'level result,,send it as attachment to deprsau@lautech.edu.ng and state your complaint that your name is not on the list...I hope it helps and your name is included..shalom

i think you ought to have submitted a fresh mobilisation form with your school so that your name and details can be uploaded to nysc portal
