If Buhari had respected himself, since IBB pushed him from power in 1985, and started from SSII, he'd have written WAEC by now. At least, we wouldn't have been in this recession.

I hope this woman runs for President in 2019. By then she'd have gotten her WAEC certificate. Since we love voting a President from the north, at least, let's vote the one with a WAEC certificate.
