mostyg:hello boss, this your story is touching and motivating. congrats bro!!! one more question, during the period, was it a 2015 winter admission which you deferred to this 2016 winter after doing visa interview back then, and did you defer the visa application, or what really happened. I'm in need of some advice, if that was what happened. thanks |

Good Morning house, please i would like to connect with any nigerian student of the rhine waal university of applied science, i intend on studying auto mechanics (b.sc) there summer 2017, i have gone through daad and have seen the requirements, i need someone who has had the experience and can enlighten me so i dont miss any step until day 1 in school, my dad is so unsettled, i also need to know if its neccessary i learn german before travelling, the course i'm going to be studying is entirely in english, are there any scholarships here to cover flight there, how long(approx.) does the visa application take, normally you apply for the visa after the school has sent you letter of confirmation, right? there are tons of questions, i'll be glad if these can be answered firsts. thanks in anticipation. |
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Mrbigman1(m): 5:28am On Sep 27, 2016 |
bolt000: Lol. First of all, tell ur dad to calm down. Since it's english tuition, German language is just for an added knowledge. Get all ur documents and start applying, application just or will soon start so get all u need. Ur transcript. All ur certificates. A proof of English proficiency. Maybe letter of recommendation from school and or place of work if required. Motivation letter. Visit daad.de Or search using Google through masterportal. Take at least one week of careful studies before making any move. Plus try apply to many other schools. I too is applying for summer but waiting for my documents to be complete before taking d step. |

Reminder mail to fund keeps putting more pressure on me. And I no get power for black market. Abeg who fit help with 400/€? That's the highest I can afford. Preferably a one-on-one thing. Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 3 by futurewise11(m): 7:43am On Sep 27, 2016 |
Presently form A is dead in Nigeria. Its obvious to the deaf and blind.Best alternatives is to approach the blue market.according to abokifx the rate has increase today again.worst case borrow the difference between Form A and blackmarket rate from third party, when you land here you can start repayment. The truth is hard to accept though. |

A quick suggestion to those whose visas are being delayed due to the form A palaver. If your enrolment/lecture is fast approaching, I suggest you send a mail to the International student office in your school and plead for intervention. Explain in clear terms the challenges you are facing as regards sourcing Forex in the country and why there is a delay in crediting your account. You have to prove your case carefully and smartly. Send them the prove of your blocked account opening, your Naira account balance and also a prove of your admission. Emphasise the point that you have initiated the transaction and you are confident that it will be completed very soon. You may add an evidence (copy of form A or anything). You may also want to send same mail to the embassy (don't forget to include your reference number). I understand the International student departments/offices of many schools have direct contact with the embassies and they can actually help to facilitate visa applications. I know this for sure! I have seen and heard of few students who got visas without funding. Unfortunately, many of them won't come here to detail their true stories. Either you fund or not, you are getting a 3-month visa (or more as we've seen in some cases). Meaning, you will definitely need the fund to extend your visa and also get a residence permit when you arrive Germany. So, there may not be a way to circumvent that. You never know what will work for you until you try. Good luck. 9 Likes |

bolt000: I went to my school to request a letter of evidence dat english language was used for my tuition and all exams. The office of thre register will do it for u; this depends on ur school sha. Gotten my waec original, waiting for my transcript and original certificate, and references letter. My motivation letter is ready to and I have picked out about 7 schools to apply and I have mailed all of them telling them my intention and seek advice as well and they have all replied me cheerfully. So, when I get all documents ready, off I go. And I think u should do same. |

Please my e-family is this conversion of my overall first degree result by UNI-ASSIST correct?... I graduated from Accountancy department with overall result of 3.84 and after UNI-ASSIST converted my result to a German scale for VPD certificate, I was given 2,1 as an overall result and am thinking its very wrong, this really affected my chance of getting admission this winter as I was rejected by the school that I submitted application to,,, please who has idea about this conversion 1 Like |
