My Dell latitude 6410 could not boot well.
When it boots, on trying to type in the password, it overwrites and could not let me input the password.
Please dear ones, what's the likely pro. and remedy?

Again is a lappy from a friend, it suddenly refuse to boot, it will show some light on the power button, make some noise of booting, but it will suddenly go off as nothing will be shown on the screen.

are you sure the DVD is good

I don't know what's happened lately. I am quite sure I replied this topic before but I don't know what happened to it. Busy as usual but I wll still repost my answer when I can. Anyway for the main time you can try and check the compaq support website for your display adapter driver. You only need to know the model of your laptop.

System properties: control system
Computer Management: compmgmt.msc
Device management: devmgmt.msc

How do you mean? It goes off or it's on but you can't see anything?

Either ways you may be experiencing a slight hardware fault. You'll need to describe the problem in details or seek a technician

Not necessarily, highly depends on the PC you are using. A good amount of device are still not compatible with Windows 10.

Before I formatted my laptop today whenever I turn on my phone hotspot and on wireless on my lappy it will connect immediately, but since i formated it today have been trying to connect it but it not connecting, I changed the network IDD and password on my WiFi, I used the trouble shooting on my PC still its not connecting. Pls tell me what I can do to make it work without re formating it.

Before now, one of the Ram got damaged and was removed(not replaced)
it makes some noise, I can't see anything on the screen, then it will stay for like 2mins and off it goes

Since you just formatted and reloaded your system, I guess the WiFi needs to be driven for it to work.

If you know how to use driver pack, this should be a piece of cake . Just get driver pack and use it to drive the WiFi.

After I changed the screen, the keyboard started misbehaving. First, some buttons like the enter, backspace, I, j, k, m buttons stopped working, a day later buttons like the q and e buttons started pressing repeatedly without me touching them, finally the whole keyboard stopped working.
I took it to the technician who changed the screen initially and he said the keyboard needed to be serviced which he did but the problem persists.

Is your wireless working? if yes, then connect your phone hotspot and change the security to none. Check if it is connecting then get back to know next step

if I may contribute,the most important thing here is your RAM and HDD size, the minimum requirement of your RAM is 4gb.
