If I had 5-minutes to address this issue with the Governor of Lagos (Ambode), I will advise that a model of what is currently obtaining on the Lekki-Epe expressway by LCC should be introduced. As there are no tolls within other areas of the metropolis, I suggest that regular tax-payment evidence should in providing the towing services free to a general garage (24hrs free parking and thereafter subjected to demurage). For non-tax payers, the fine should be stipulated and payment centralised. This will make it a win-win for the government, more revenues from tax and city dwellers will feel valued and with a stake...........My 2kobo
