November Mamas, Happy 8 months and counting...

I am Week 32 but measuring at 35. For this my small belle?

Been having braxton hicks so really taking things slowly as i don't want pre-term labour. Sent DH on a long break because i dey fear too much. The contractions are too frequent. But Scan says cervix is closed, baby is head down and still a boy. (Don't know why i keep asking at each scan as if the sex will change). To turn in bed is the issue. Will be turning like a Dangote trailer.

On a good note, my PCV has gone up to 34%. I thank God for His mercies. The ugu water and iron drink must have helped. To sleep in the night is war but i now sleep during the daytime so it kind of makes up for it.

Hahahahaha u don kill me with laughter oooo....that was exactly the way I screamed when I saw a boy whom my son senior with two days have about 9....when he had 4 my son was still struggling to sprout d first one and that was when they were both 7months...I felt he was not developing well.i complained to my mum who is a retired midwife and she told me I should leave my son that children's development varies that some baby's are even born with 1teeth so what will I say about such babies....that d bad thing is DAT d early they grow teeth,d early it will fall off two.so a child DAT grows early will have then fall out early too but through it all,there is nothing to worry about....meanwhile howz preparation for birthday is this buhari's economy.... Iol...

Some people here adviced on some exercises which could help and I read more about them on the internet and watched YouTube videos. With God and my personal effort my baby flipped within 2weeks, cos my doctor was already contemplating CS.

One of the regular exercises I did was the inversion method, I sometimes also place ice pack on the head area to get the baby to move.

Just Google flipping breeched baby on YouTube, a lot of helpful videos are there.

Pls I need help o, its one week postpartum today, and my stitches are still looking fresh, despite all the hot bath and sit baths, is it too early for me to worry? When is it suppose to start healing? Is there anything I can apply to aid fast healing?

Secondly the ropes are desolving but I'm still seeing spaces in between the stitched part, I don't knw of it has loosened or datz how it usually Is, pls some1 shud put me tru oooo

Some1 said I shud add uda to hot drink(spirit) and be taking so it can flush the blood n all, has any1 tried this?

Lastly my jajaina is looking very strange to me Oooo, lols. Pls wat can I do to make it shrink back to shape? Abeg make una helep me, there is this air sound that comes out from it, and it's not funny @ all.

Mama please go back to the hospital let them check you abeg.Did you say hot bath? Just hope it's not has hot as mine sha.The air sound and loose kpekusing was the main reason why I rushed back to the hospital to be re stitched. I dunno about uda and hot drink sha but my major concern is for you to go back to the hospital and be thoroughly checked.Make sure you tell them about the air sound .I don't mean to scare but I don't want you to go through the pains I went through. It's only Dr that's the answer to ur questions.

hope u dont do hot water sitz bath? use warm water. Try visit your hospital as fast as u can. I experienced such though was asked not to look,lol but if I don't know how will I know am OK. When I saw mine, it was looking like water trailer jam By a week u should be getting better.

Men are like that sometimes. You just have to talk to him and make him understand how you feel. 

My dh was like that in the first 3 months. Even when I was face down in the toilet, he will be standing behind me with erect kpekus machine. Lol. Even though I had very high libido then, I still made him understand that sometimes, I just can't. 

Just talk to him again. I'm sure he will understand

U will not kill me with laugh. My DH is very funny when I am talking to him on the phone he will be stretch saying he is having erection. So when he comes back after 2weeks of working offshore. I don't have choice but to give in but after the first 2days he will relax and let me be if I don't want it. Men and Kpekus can't be separated

My teamie,we are in d same boat. I'm 20weeks and 2days already. At times when I feel those fetal kicks I get shocked as if my phone is falling off my lap. My hubby keeps laughing at me when I say it.

When is ur EDD?

Lol @ your phone falling off your lap. We will gradually get there. EDD 19th feb according to lmp and first scan.

I am not feeling pain o, just that each time I look @ the stitches with mirror, it still looks fresh, was thinking it will dry up or something, but it's not looking like it's healing, and I'm seeing spaces in between the stiched part. I'm not having pains, just that I don't think it's healing, Cox it's still looking fresh, and I'm seeing spaces in between the stitches. I think the stitches r either loosening or desolving, but it shud desolve only when fully healed na. Just confused.

When u look do u c the inner red part of u? if its healing d rope will dissolve but won't dry yet til around a month or so. When its healing, u will start itching down there. Always wipe that are with savlon and cotton wool. But if you feel it doesnt look good, visit your Dr to check.
