i dont know about other banks, but in gtb, ur dom account is not linked to any card. u will be given a visa dollar card linked to another (virtual) account. so if u want to spend online on the visa card, u av to transfer from ur dom account to d virtual account. so in d case of withdrawing from skrill to dom account, in gtb u are only withdrawing into the virtual account cos u are using d visa card to accept the payment. so d payment only goes to d account linked to d visa card.

That's why bitcoins is the best... CBN nor FG does not have access or can't stop bitcoin operation.... But Skrill and neteller might just remove Nigeria from their list

skrill does have a card,you can apply for one and I think u better do that fast,in Nigeria things changes fast overnight
