She will adjust with time, just give in little quantity and increase gradually.

I give my son normal peak milk( started when he clocked a year this month) ,commenced with half a tablespoon, few days later I tried full spoon ( not heaped) for every time he takes his pap in a day ( at most 3 times). Now, we do almost heaped( I don't use sugar for him) for his pap and he enjoys it .

Just my two cents.

Me still learning too oo...I blended into powder in the recent paste but wasn't super smooth and my LOs are still smoothy feeders...so whilst blending the recent batch, I just decided to add a little and transfer into the wet mill...

I bought groundnut-the small sized ones, learnt they are more nutritious than the big ones- I parboiled it a bit drained the water and left it to dry. I then put a pot on the stove, warmed it up and added the garri. Add the groundnut when the garri is a little hot, keep stirring till it starts making that popping sound. Try peeling one to see it's okay. Leave it to cool, peel, then blend.

I blend soya beans and chickpea too and add to their pap and soups.

Pls how do I use it

After washing the bottles,get a plastic bowl that has cover and can accommodate all,I use those transparent bucket like ones,fill it up ,pop one in,and put in the washed item. In fifteen minute time it should be ready.
And the solution can last up to 24 hours in case you want to sterilise more within the time frame.
The direction is also written on the body

But all these cute babies every where ..One is even confused who to choose as potential in law sef...

That way u know u have to be expressing maybe 4 140mls for his creche.also note d intervals of his feed.


Also dunno d type of pump u got.maybe u can try electric or better still a double.so u get more in less time.

Oats. My colleague said i shud start adding beni seed to my oats.i hav also gotten fenugreek too. Dou i havent taken it yet.

My dd started taking 200ml wen dt 100 wasnt enuf again but she doesnt finish atimes.maybe 160 at a go or 180.we had to discard d rest.
So i started storing in 120mls,140mls.
It helped.

Ebf is hardwork.but if u cant.u can introduce formula.there r lots of formula fed healthy babies.
