they should be jailed

The Nigerian Judiciary remains the major backer of corruption and impunity. You disagree? Let's answer a few questions
1. If thieving politicians know they won't be able to buy and bribe their ways through at the Judiciary when indicted for crimes, would they steal?
2. The court that convicted James Ibori at London can be equated to a magistrate court here in Nigeria but a high court justice in Nigeria here cleared Ibori of all charges and even further berated the prosecution for slandering his name Lol
3. Does the saying "the Judiciary is the last hope of the common man" still work in Nigeria with these crop of thieves who call themselves judges at the head?
It's common knowledge if it works, Uduaghan would never have been Governor of Delta state. Many other politicians and high profile thieves would be cooling their feet in jail but alas they've turned to the Nigerian police and sell cases to the highest Bidder.
Reminds me of a case between my Dad and a defunct government agency. Dude won the case to the appeal court level but got swindled at the supreme Court after Ghana must go bags exchanged hands. An investigation into the outcome later showed the original judgment before the bribery where he won. Even the attorney general of a nation demanding for his share before writing a wrong done to a people just makes me SMH.

I can go on and on but I believe y'all get the message. If we can purge our Judiciary of such thieves, Enact a law for transparency and punishment of judges who give conflicting judgments, monitor their bank accounts, then we will begin to get it right.
Kudos to the NJC even though there are still thieves amongst them.

This is one of the best news so far. If the evil corrupt elements are flushed out of the judiciary, and our justice system has a complete overhaul and correct structures put in place the fight against corruption may begin to yield dividends.
So many kwarupt people in all the arms of govt. The police too should continue to weed out all the'wetin you carry' amongst them.
Little by little, one goes far

“The Petitioner also made cash payment of N72,000,000.00 (Seventy-five Million Naira) to Hon. Justice Auta in several instalments through his Personal Assistant, Abdullahi Bello, ostensibly for the purpose of assisting a former Chief Justice of Nigeria who had just been appointed to secure accommodation and for the Petitioner to be in turn rewarded by the award of some contracts by the said Hon. Chief Justice of Nigeria. That Hon. Justice Auta facilitated telephone communications in his house between the Petitioner and PURPORTEDLY the former Hon. Chief Justice of Nigeria on the other end.

“That Hon. Justice Auta facilitated meetings between the Petitioner and a lady who introduced herself as the PURPORTED Hon. Chief Justice of Nigeria in a Prado Jeep, ESCORTED by armed Police Officer in a hotel in Kaduna.

“That after the Petitioner suspected FOUL PLAY and reported the matter to the police, Hon. Justice Auta agreed to pay the Petitioner the sum of N95, 000.000.00 (Ninety-five Million Naira) as part of his CLAIM while Abubakar Mahdi was to pay the sum of N125, 000.000.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-five Million Naira) to the Petitioner.
A serving judge working with scammers to defraud people! Very funny.

dear, he will be in subsequent list. He has finally grounded his reputation... He will regret the inflow of naira rained into his account from the Executive...
He will fall alone and will find not even a shrub to hold or cling on.
If judge John Tsoho isn't retired immediately, then we should watch the judiciary with a keen eye because it's compromised.
The judiciary is the beacon of light for the average Nigerian/lame man and could only be perverted by the Executive/corrupt citizens/judges for favour, bribe or personal interest. Justice denied from one is also denied from another, the difference is the time it will get to the other after the premier. nigerians must stand up if they truly want to have a say and justice.

Sentiment is far different from laws and reality. The NJC works with facts not concocted piece by someone who feels he is not going win a case.

So that Ipob can celebrate their nemesis abi?
what is John Tsoho's crime and to what ends will he wants to rope in nnamdi kanu?
FYI Kanu case is beyond any sensational ruling even a judge from Abia state can't do otherwise.

Despite reading the petition, you're like this?

You are not a lawyer.
You have no idea how the court system operates.

Save your opinions for APC/PDP banter.

The judiciary has a mechanism for self cleansing. Yu will never see an AIG dismissed or a minister indicted.

Kudos to the judiciary.

Meanwhile a sitting Chief Judge of a state where I practice delivered judgment in an uncontested u defended list I filed after 14 adjournments & after more than a year after adoption

So, you are saying that the petition against the judge is a concocted piece and therefore the counsel to the defendants are implicitly committing perjury?

It could turn out two ways for you. Either you just unloaded a record-breaking pile of bullshit or the Nigerian Justice System is indeed a joke should those lawyers walk free without a penalty.

Take a front seat.

are you truly speaking?
What is sentiment when a judge affirms a suggestion via the constitution and after a recess or another court day he revoke the judgement backed by the constitution without a quote from the constitution and this verdict was passed and denounced by same judge...
Do you know what it means to mask witness?
Only the defendant and his lawyer and the prosecutor and his lawyer with the masked/screen displayed witness and judge are allowed, even press is forbidden talk more of others.
What section of the constitution affirms mask witness?

Perhaps you also need research to tell you a 'professional' madman when you see one. Perhaps one's inability to decipher the use of the brain is a more dangerous threat to life and living.

That being said, you are inquiring why the Judge Tsoho should be taken off. My assumptions are evidently true or that you are ignorant of the petitions against his person.

In both scenarios, my recommendations still stand. Stick to the APC/PDP party chants, defense and banters.

It's obvious you are in no man's land right now.
