The mama that asked of supplement, I suggest you see an obstetrician.
Not all blood supplements can be taken by a pregnant woman. There are some vitamins we don't actually need when pregnant and some we need more than the rest.
Meanwhile you need to stop stressing your self.

jazzyjazz, I m 37+weeks,. I had to even stop my long walks ooo cos I get more braxton Hicks when I walk and yesterday I got contractions more than once,so I m take things easy.

My dear it's not just you o! My tiredness is on another level. My pcv is 40 and no malaria,

We are 25weeks today oh. Just 2weeks to 3rd trimester. We thank God for bringing us this far! 

I'm beginning to experience heaviness in my abdomen area, doctor said it's cos lo is head down and also cos of the degenerating fibroid. Meanwhile, lo has been head down since first scan I did at 7weeks. I jusst de beg am make he remain like dat till him due date. Lol. I Kent shout!

Tiredness is back, and so is throwing up. Feet are swelling when I don't put them up, and the hustle to wear pant and trouser is now real. Lol
It's like I'm beginning to waddle sef. 
I've been walking every now and then sha. 
Leg cramps at night is real mehn!!! That thing can wake even a dead person! Chooiiii!!! It's so painful! 

And finally, DH said we are going shopping today so I am suuuuppppppeeeeerrrr excited!!!
Only thing where remain now na make him leave dis him football for PS3 where him de play

I know many November mama will port to October which is fine.
As long as baby is fine, Mummy is Fine, Daddy is fine with plenty money... there is no problem.

We thank you God for making us see this month of October..... our count down has began.

Its OCTOBER!!! Happy new month to us and happy Independence Day to our beloved country, Nigeria. Thank God for his unfailing love and faithfulness to us all. I'm so excited for us because now it's easier to countdown. Day by day, we are getting closer to meeting our adorable babies.

I think today is a good day to do a roll call for team December. For those with multiple EDDs, I've gone with the earliest EDD provided.

Third trimester here we come!!!

Has anyone done their glucose test? (I.e if recommended by their doctor). How did it go? Any new symptoms in this trimester? Don't worry mamas, the glorious end is in sight now. Anyone done with their shopping? May the good Lord provide for us.

I believe it will be good news all around. Pls let's not forget our team mates that I've suffered a loss, we believe they are coming back with their double testimonies @ Omowunmigan and Orney. Affliction will never rise again in our midst in Jesus name,amen.

jazzyjazz, those cramps may mean calcium deficiency. that's what my doc told me when I experienced it with my first pregnancy, so he placed me on calcium tabs and it stopped.

Am present cappo,we r doing fine oh,just dat my tummy is too big and I don dey feel sleepy dis days at work.uncontrollable sleep.weda na 2 dey inside weybd second one dey hide I no sabi cos d belle b like persn wey dey carry twins.i find it hard to walk when I sit for a while and stand up.infact am so happy we r in october before you knw december don come and I no go port oh cos I too like dat december month for sweet delivery oh.the way dis baby dey give me blow for belle dis days no b ere oh.ibsee funny shape sometimes when I look at my tummy and I laff.my baby swims a lot.
