I got the Tecno Canon C9 about two weeks ago and its a great phone, the camera's great and all but I have some problems with the phone. . .
1. Electric shock: I prefer using my PC to browse, and when my phone is plugged (USB tethering) sometimes I feel shock when I touch the phone. Like, sometimes if I just reach over to move the phone or something, I get shocked. Before I created this thread, I was thinking of something and touched my lips with the phone and it shocked me. My lip still hurts And it happens whenever my phone is plugged in. Am I the only one experiencing this or do other users face the same problem?

2. The screen hangs sometimes. Well, ever since I updated the phone

The shock sensation you experience is not Tecno C9's fault.

I used to experience same whenever I charged my Q10/iPhone from my office laptop.

There is an inner wire leak.
More like a naked wire somewhere on your laptop charging wire.

2. A number of people complain of that lag whenever they update their device. Best bet is to avoid updating. It might be due to a bloat ware.

Tecno software developers are new to this updating/upgrading ish. But they must step up their game.

It is not fun to buy a new device in this Buhari economy and then it will start lagging for no fault of yours.

Please try to use another charger and socket/extension.

If the issue persists, please take to Carlcare shop.
As long as your warranty is active, it should be fixed or you get a replacement.

Phone dey shock you ke i guess you should go medical check up it might be you are loosing blood it can't be phone shocking you

Don't think you actually have enough space, if it's like 300mb space you mean, it's not enough to update all your apps, and the message you keep getting about not enough space is just to remind you to create more space.
