First of all, understand that I'm in my early 30's. Three female corps members were posted to a company where I'm the head. During their service year, one of them tried very hard to date me, but I didn't give in. Along the line, I started having feelings for the one that was very modest among them, but I tried very hard to conceal it. When they left, I quickly found a girlfriend for my self in a bid to relieve me of the feelings I had suppressed.

Months later, we were to hold a 7 days workshop at work, and the 3 girls said they would like to be a part of it. We allowed them, and stayed in our living quarters in the company. When they arrived, my girlfriend was with me. To my surprise, the girl I had feelings for left the following day while the others waited to the end of the program.

Now after a year, without interview or whatever, management told me that one ex-corps member would resume at work the following week, and must work directly under me, so that she can fill my position in case I'm sent somewhere for higher assignment. The girl has resumed at work.

The problem now is that I can't concentrate on work again, as the feelings came back in full force. This time, she is not staying for a year. How can I cope without breaking my girl's heart?

Please advice me; this is a dilemma.

I have one lecturer in my Dept ,his not a pastor nor rev. Father but the man is so ethical that no matter how beautiful or half necked a girl seems to be ,he know send you . D man is handsome and look healthy bit he seems to maitain integrity .

Your story is long oo,anyways...1.there is no way you can breakup with your gf without hurting her even if she doesnt show it..its only if she doesnt love you in the first place. 2. your gf was just like an option because you didnt confess to the girl and you also wanted the feelings to die..3. never lose an oppoturnity,the girl might have liked you then..4. friendzone the girl for a while,not for too long oo and see if the feeling is diminishing or growing(some people are just better off as friends)..see,its not like i support cheating but when you like someone just let the person know instead of dying inside...and are you sure you can cope with dating a fellow worker?#justsaying#
