Kano State law banned alcohol, so you can drink your alcohol elsewhere but not kano.

No Hisba also go after Drug Abusers but not that much, I have seen it in my area, where they caught some youths with weed. But I believe much need to be done. Hisba Power is limited, they only have light weapons like stick according to the law it was established, while some drug abusers have swords, their ogas have guns. That work should be for NDLEA or Hisba Power should be upgraded by State ASSEMBLY.
