Not because of fcc but as sales gimmicks to appear more extreme. Better example is dead pool they could do more but decided not to to have extra sales gimmicks.

I said they regulate aka censor already but uncensored material can always come out to consumer through multiple avenues. I remember saYing they do so to lesser extent. It's never banned. FCC can't decide what can and can't be distributed for sale or not give platform to people.

The point here isn't whether you can find them or not, as long as they can come out and say a movie is banned means censorship exists which you've admitted to.
