See, I've tried changing my password to a password with atleast a symbol, atleast 1 capital letter and small letter and number buh it refused, it says user not found below are two screenshots. The screenshots are for the option of answering my security question and then changing my password buh for the option to send me a link to my email address it says
"ERROR
The application had a problem processing your request, please try again and contact customer services if the problem persists."

I observed that you tactically avoided responding to queries regarding unblocking accounts. I will take it that you don't have solution to that right now. But you should at least say something. Almost 24 hours complaints were lodged yet no reply. That's so bad man.

it's not about being happy with the choice, just fix the issue with your site. I believe the site was meant for customers and if they're finding it difficult to use it you do something about it. u've seen alot of comments here about it the best you could do is apologise and tell us what's happening not wishing whoever wants to leave a goodbye
