Even Jesus Christ was controversial. Mohammed was controversial.

Malcolm X was controversial... Muhammad Ali (then cassius clay) was controversial.

Controversy proves nothing!!!! Looollllll

I have never seen Greatness without Controversy attached to it. So what's your point again? grin

well said, his "pull him down" way of argument will only work on kids

Point to any lies I said about Kanu Nwankwo? grin

It is not pull him down, it is facto. grin

Someone was trying to pull down Yakubu Aiyegbeni because of his miss. Is that pull him down?

But because I made it clear that king Kanu Nwankwo was crowned the king of miss of the season.

She took it tribal.

Well... Well I don't worry about social media talk talk. grin

Sir no contradictions to the fact that our game needs to be cleaned up, but please the goalkeeper didn't touch Egwim. The leg had broken before the keeper's leg came and still didn't touch his fractured leg. I had same feeling while watching from the stands but after seeing the clip I felt sorry for the poor keeper.

Ok u were right. I went back and watched the match again, Egwim's leg broke before he got to the keeper. I also i'm sorry for him.

....maybe if you would stick to the topic rather than going on a crusade to save the reputation of your 'people', this thread would have some sanity to it.

I don't know why it's paining you this much that it's Kanu that has the title of Nigeria's Greatest, maybe you would have slept better knowing it was Yekini or Odegbami or someone whose name you could better relate to?

I know a lot of people intentionally try to keep this out of the conversation so as not to cause trouble, but more often than not, your baseless arguments tend to tilt in favour of a certain tribe.

Stop being so predictable and kniw when to let things go

Wat about u guys and ur people? Isn't it the same thing. Pls don't be biased. U opposed the arguement and now u full force putting down Yekini.

ZAMBIA LOSES KEY PLAYER AHEAD WORLD
CUP 2018 QUALIFIERS CLASH AGAINST
NIGERIA

Zambia will be without one of their key players
when they take on Nigeria on Sunday in a World
Cup 2018 qualifiers tie at the Levy Mwanawasa
Stadium in Ndola.

They were forced into reshuffling their squad for
the game after injury ruled out Kaizer Chief
talismanic forward Lewis Macha for the tie against
Nigeria.

Macha suffered an injury last month but Zambia
were hoping he will recover on time to play in the
game against Nigeria, but medical checks
revealed he won’t be fit for the tie.

He has been replaced by Hapoel Ra’anana of
Israel winger Rodgers Kola while another Misheck
Chiala was also recalled two days after he was
released alongside ten other players.

However Chiala will be on standby owing to the
injury picked up by Clatous Chama while playing
in a league game for Zesco United against
Konkola Blades.

I personally apologise for how some of you are seeing this coz I was part of the so-called debate.

Some people just don't wanna let it go. They wanna have "the last word" at all costs.

I said, "I'm done" yesterday and I maintain that. My mind is on the next movie release, "The battle of Ndola" smiley

So biko no vex... Something has to lead to something which leads to another thing. This is the Super Eagles thread so that's how it's all connected because these legends were ex-Super Eagles. So abeg e ma bi nu ok... smiley

I wonder why calling a spade what it is causes you to lash out like this.

Considering you've never been part of the "my brother is great because he's my brother" brigade, it makes me wonder. Only a guilty party should be vexed.

An indictment on one is not an indictment on all.

Btw, my father who has watched Nigerian football far longer than any of you kids on this thread says that any Top 10 list without the likes of Thunder Balogun, Amasieamaka, and Gideon Nduka as Nigeria's Greatest is a rubbish list.

So, you kids wanking over lesser players like Kanu and Yekini need to keep your baseless opinions to yourself rather than throw it around as 'fact'.
