No I have not, I saw them online, that was the reason why I asked if anyone has flown with them before.

That was why i asked you,if you are still in doubt Google those airlines for best results..cheers

That is incorrect.

Please Read with understanding. When a white man says "may" also be and not "will" be then there is hope.

The "may" means that if he submits fake documents one more time then he will get 10yrs. No mercy

Hello @justswise and other gurus,

I'm a frequent reader on here and i must say you guys have been very helpful. More power to your elbow.

I'm building my bank statement and I have money getting paid into my salary account time to time from my property but not in huge cash.

Can i explain this when im applying for visa or will this be a problem? I need your advise as always.

Thanks and God bless.

Thank you @Justwise, one more question brother, i was refused almost 2years ago becuase I didnt state places of visit. And I stated in my visa application that I didnt know anybody in UK

Now my in-law wants to invite me over on a 7day visit. Will that jeopardize my chance of getting a visa?
Looking forward to reading from you.

Thanks

How did that happen? How did they get to know that you have somebody in the UK?

@Justwise I meant i will applying for a visa in January and my in-law is inviting me this time. Won't it look unrealistic because the last time i applied I stated that I didn't know anybody in UK

I hope you understand my point, brother?

Thanks as always

Yea i got that now..

It will definitely look questionable if you now claimed to know somebody in the UK after stating previously that you got nobody there.

Oga justwise,
Please i have my wife traveling to the usa with british airways, on the return itinerary, she would have to transit 24hrs at heathrow. Does she need a transit visa as she does not have a uk visa?
Thanks as i await ur response

Please look for another ticket for your wife because 24hrs at any airport is far too long, though she doesn't need a transit visa but staying 24hrs is just inhuman

Hi guys familiar with UK visa processes.

I today submitted UK visa application in Lagos here. I have a seminar in London in the next 3 weeks.

Key documents I submitted:

1, Letter from my company confirming they're sponsoring the trip
2, The letter states my annual pay, which is decently huge ( N17m). I work in the oil and gas industry.
3, My 6 months payslip

I have visited UK once in the past.

This is just a week trip.

Now, my worry: There was no bank statement (personal or company's) in my submissions. I expect that they don't expect an oil company not to be able to finance a N1m trip and the company's letter expressly confirms they are sponsoring the trip.

Can my visa be denied on the basis of there not being any bank statement? Do company letter and pay slips suffice?

Also, I understand it normally takes 15 working days minimum before UK issues visa. I have 13 working days between the date of application and my visit. I think I got for my last visit within 2 weeks. Could this application coming 13 working days before travel be an issue?

I will like to have the view and experiences of people familiar with UK visa processes on similar issues.

Saw this general enquiries thread after opening a thread for my question. Pls delete the thread https://www.nairaland.com/3389950/company-sponsored-uk-visa-application

Thanks for your response ....actually she doesn't mind herself cos she is trying to like reduce cost burden on me, but i would act as you have just advised. I was at charles de gaule
Paris recently, with the play station 4, i can stay there on transit 24days or more grin

Hi I'm about to get a ticket for a price I bargained for, but I'm a bit curious of as of which airline I could change my return date, if I wasn't going to be back the day I booked for. I know you could pay a penalty fee but please what airlines does that??

Thanks brother, that means in will book a hotel. Is 5 or 7 days trip okay? Because i dont want to spend too much of my income on the trip. My monthly salary is N200k after tax.

I should be having 1.2million as a closing balance on my bank statement.

What do you think sir?

Thanks

You should have submitted your salary account and not just payslips. Though I don't expect them to see your company's bank statement if they are a multi-national company.

Finger crossed they will consider the fact that you earn far above average annually.

I just hope. It will be disastrous if the application is rejected. The hotel and flight booking are non-refundable and my employers wont be happy I made them waste money.

Have you seen anyone get visa before without submitting bank statement?

Book for the duration of your stay, if you are going to stay for 7days but book for 5days where will you stay for the remaining 2days?

Can they call for more documents or is their opportunity to add bank statement after submission?
