Option left for Amcon is to continue the business on going concern basis, pumping in money in order to make money.

How then are they unable to settle a 100 billion naira debt? Your write up is bias and does not give any credit to the court judgement.

It does not matter if you work for AMCON, the fact remains that the court has given its ruling based on facts presented to it. If AMCON had a case, coupled with the backing of the government, I do not see a reason ehi they should not win the case. However, the reverse is the case because the facts laid before the court was glaringly in Capital Oil's favour.
