I have an offer to buy $100,000 usd at a good rate. The seller wants to transfer to my dom and I pay naira to her Nigerian account. But she is asking that I transfer first before she wires to mine.
That sounds too risky and I can't do that. Mind, I don't know the seller from Adam though I got the intro from a banker I've worked with a couple of times.
My question is, what are the available options to go about this transaction in a safe way, without being scammed considering the fact that she is not also ready to transfer first? Please advice.

The best way to do this transaction is the Italian way that means you both bring the $100K and the naira equivalent in cash inside ghana must go bags and meet up in an uncompleted building.

Remember: Go with your men be equipped with AK47's.
