Hello house. The last time i received update on my c8 was around March. And dats it, when I try to update manually, its says up to date. And people have been updating. What can I do?

is your C8 upgrade to Marshmallow ( Android 6 version) If yes thatz the side effect of upgrading.
1. to fix d problem, go to setting> scroll down to app> click then scroll down to message click on it> click on storage> then tap on clear cache and data>refresh the phone. if it doesn't
2. restore the factory setting (hv tried this method after a while d error message comes back again.
some don't)
3. download "NEXT SMS APP" from play store and use it as ur default app.
